In November 2012, twenty seven participants joined the inaugural AMANI Childbirth Educator & Doula Training in Malaysia. The 20-hour intensive workshop was held for 3 consecutive days in Masjid Al-Ghufran, Pinggiran TTDI, Kuala Lumpur.

- In November 2012, sister Aisha Al Hajjar, birth activist extraordinaire of AMANI Community Center, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is coming all the way to Malaysia to conduct a training course which will certify individuals as a Doula and Childbirth Educator.
The AMANI Program is the first ofits kind in the realm of gentle birthing and childbirth education, as it givesa fresh, islamic outlook on birthing as an ibadah (worship).
